Delivery Method
You can order and purchase a cleaning gift card from our online store. After making the purchase, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided.
Delivery Time
We will send the gift card to the recipient’s email on the date you’ve chosen. The recipient can schedule their cleaning with our customer service via phone or email.
Validity Period
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. It can be used in one or more sessions for any of our home or holiday residence cleaning services, such as one-time cleaning, window cleaning, or moving cleaning.
Exchange and Return Policy
Please note that the gift card cannot be exchanged or returned, nor can it be converted into cash.
Payment Terms
Orders are to be paid through our online store, and we accept bank and credit cards as payment methods. The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of any complaints or issues, please contact the product supplier as the first point of contact.
